Return & Refund Policy
At Kavely, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned if they have been worn, opened, or removed from their original protective packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@kavelyjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@kavelyjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Earrings or pierced jewelry that have been opened or worn, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, unless required by applicable law
- Personalized or custom-made products
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
